Canceling an Order with ChaosCleared

At ChaosCleared, we work to process and ship orders as quickly as possible so you can receive your storage bags and organizers without delay. If you need to cancel an order, please review the policy below.

• After 24 hours, your order may already be processed or shipped and may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

• If an order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may initiate a return once the item is delivered in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
