Refund policy

Our customers are important to us, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will accept all refunds within 30 days of purchase. Return shipping must be paid for by the consumer and items will be refunded only after the items are recieved.

In an effort to improve future customer experiences, we may ask customers to provide images of products that arrive in defective or damaged condition.

You should expect to receive your refund within a few weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
